Chamomile

Chamomile contains azulene, which has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the redness and swelling associated with acne, eczema, and other inflammatory skin conditions. To use chamomile as an herbal remedy for skin, steep two chamomile tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow them to cool slightly before applying them to your skin for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this process 2-3 times per week for best results.

Note: Do not use rosemary if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as it can promote uterine contractions.

Aloe Vera

To use aloe vera as an herbal remedy for sunburned skin,. cut open an aloe vera leaf and apply the gel directly to the affected area.. Repeat 3-4 times per day until symptoms subside..
